Before and after photos are taken at every single visit and sent directly to the email address you provide during booking — at no extra charge. This is our way of keeping you connected to your loved one's resting place, no matter how far away you are.
Absolutely. When booking our Premium Care service, you're welcome to share your flower preferences — a favorite color, type of bloom, or a meaningful arrangement. We'll do our very best to honor your wishes. You can include your preferences in the special instructions field on the service agreement.
Safety always comes first. If severe weather prevents us from visiting, we will contact you promptly and reschedule at no additional cost. Light rain or wind won't stop us — we'll still show up and care for the gravesite as planned.
Not at all — that's the beauty of our service. We handle everything on your behalf. Many of our clients live out of state and trust us to care for their loved one's gravesite while they're far away. You'll receive photos after each visit so you can see the results from wherever you are.
We use Square for safe and secure payment. Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are subject to New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) at the current Albuquerque rate of 7.625%. Subscription plan clients are billed in advance each billing cycle.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
That's entirely up to you and what feels right. Many families choose our monthly subscription for consistent, year-round care. Others prefer quarterly visits with seasonal cleanings. One-time visits are also available for special occasions, anniversaries, or holidays. We'll help you find the right rhythm for your family.
