Payment: Full payment is required at time of booking via Square. All prices are subject to applicable New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) at 7.625%.
Cancellations: We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
Scope of Services: Services are performed at the gravesite identified above only. Pueblo Luna will not remove permanent fixtures or markers.
Photo Documentation: Before and after photos will be taken at every visit and sent to your email at no charge. Photos will not be shared publicly without written consent.
Holiday/Anniversary Decorations: Decorations will be placed and removed in accordance with the rules and policies of the cemetery. Decorations (not including flowers) remain the property of Pueblo Luna unless otherwise requested. Pueblo Luna is not responsible for theft or weather damage after placement.
Limitation of Liability: Pueblo Luna is not liable for pre-existing damage to headstones or gravesite property, or for damage caused by cemetery maintenance, other visitors, weather, or vandalism.
Cemetery Access: By signing, you confirm you have the right to authorize gravesite care services at the location provided.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bernalillo County, NM.
